Pilates Research: Clinical effectiveness of a Pilates treatment for forward head posture

This randomized controlled study examined the effects of Pilates compared with a combined stretching and strengthening exercise program on forward head posture, cervical range of motion, pain, neck-related disability, and muscle fatigue.
