The PMA's 25th Anniversary Summit will bring together Pilates professionals from around the world for two days of education, collaboration, and community in West Palm Beach, Florida. Volunteers play an important role in creating a welcoming and well-organized experience for attendees, presenters, sponsors, and exhibitors.
Volunteer opportunities are available before and during the Summit and may include registration support, attendee assistance, room monitoring, speaker support, wayfinding, exhibit hall assistance, and other event operations.

Volunteer Expectations
Volunteers should be dependable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with attendees and staff. Assignments may require standing, walking, lifting light materials, or working at scheduled times throughout the event. Specific responsibilities and schedules will be provided to selected volunteers in advance.
Submitting an application does not guarantee placement. Applications will be reviewed based on the event's staffing needs, scheduling availability, and the applicant's experience and preferences.
